What is Time?
Philosophically, what is "time"? Timekeeping is a concept of marking time. This bizarre human endeavor, to measure time, has created the most accurate measuring device, the atomic clock. In the process, we created technologies that define our time.

Living a Zero-Waste Minimalist Lifestyle | Trending China
The largest single threat to the earth’s ecology and biodiversity will be global climate disruption due to human-generated pollution. Zero waste is a new philosophy that encourages trash not to be sent to landfills, incinerators, or the vast oceans. Carrie Yu and Joe Harvey founded the first boutique zero-waste store “the Bulk House” in Beijing, which offers household products in bulk and offers the utensils needed to reduce single-use plastic. They promote a zero-waste minimalist lifestyle and educate people about clean modern living in China. 00:00 fit daily trash in a jar 00:49 refuse reduce, reuse, repair recycle and rot 01:09 start of zero waste journey 02:17 zero waste habits 04:10 the bulk house 05:14 minimalism for a happier life 05:43 make a difference 06:28 outro *************************************** Subscribe ► https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC07kGFT6YRBJ6wh6IYERa_A Homepage ► https://2mmediagroup.com/ Tiktok ► https://www.tiktok.com/@trendingchina_2m? Keeping the Potomac: The Politics of Water Trailer
Keeping the Potomac examines efforts of three local river keepers to hold polluters accountable along the Potomac River watershed through the stories of Mark Frondorf, Brent Walls and Dean Naujoks, members of the Potomac River Keepers Network. It is the mission of the three river keepers to patrol sections of the Potomac basin and do what they believe is necessary to help protect it. The film looks at efforts to stem agricultural nutrient pollution along the Shenandoah River in Virginia and West Virginia, a major tributary to the Potomac; a pipeline in Allegany County, Maryland that pumps effluent from a Westernport wastewater treatment plant into the upper Potomac River; and coal ash disposal ponds at Possum Point Power Plant in Dumfries, Virginia and their impact on the lower Potomac.

Palm Oil Infographic
Palm oil has been used in a variety of products from processed foods to shampoo, sourced from Indonesia for the past 20 years, but now the situation is dire. With 90% of the rainforest cut and/or burned and converted into palm oil plantations, orangutans have been pushed to the brink of extinction. Little forest is left for the animals or indigenous people. We can't rely on the Round table for Responsible Palm Oil or the World Wildlife Fund for responsible oil palm sourcing information because of corruption (see Silence of the Pandas.) It's up to the consumer to boycott palm oil and put pressure on these billion dollar companies to stop buying the destruction of rainforests, not only important to animals but for global climate patterns. We all must ask: is it good enough to cut down the last rainforest? Consume with care. It's your duty.
